Bruno Arnold is the founding member and Chairman of the Euromart Group of Companies, which have been in business since 1963. Mr. Arnold is involved in all aspects of the development, from acquisition to management of the client’s properties. The strength of Mr. Arnold’s organizations is their ability to focus on complex acquisition and development projects. Euromart’s clients consist of Canadian, American, European and Middle-Eastern investors. Euromart concentrates on commercial, industrial and residential properties, occasionally acquiring hotel and development sites. Gary Usling, President of the Euromart International Bancorp Inc., joined the group in 1999. Mr. Usling is a Graduate of the University of Toronto and a Chartered Accountant. Mr. Usling brings with him extensive experience. His two most recent positions were with a real estate pension fund advisory company. During his five years with this company, Mr. Usling acquired 5,000,000 square feet of real estate for in excess of $250.0 million. Prior to that, as director of acquisition and development for an insurance company, Mr. Usling oversaw all acquisition, disposition and development activities.
